About four times a year we offer specialty breeds of hogs that are hard to find. These hogs range from Mangalitsas and Meishans to acorn-fed Berkshires. They come in limited quantity and can be purchased whole hog or in primals. All specialty hogs are raised with same care and attention to detail as our 100% Berkshire cuts. We will soon have a schedule posted to show when a particular breed is going to be ready so please check back.
