Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the bread: Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center, creating space for the filling. Set aside.
  3. Cook the meats: In a cast iron skillet, cook the bacon until crispy and the sausage until browned. If using sausage patties, dice them once cooked. Set aside.
  4. Mix the eggs: Whisk together the eggs, a splash of milk, and a generous sprinkle of Noble Made All-Purpose Seasoning.
  5. Cook the eggs lightly: Melt the butter in a pan over low-medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook briefly, stirring occasionally—just until they begin to set. (Don’t worry—they’ll finish cooking in the oven.)
  6. Combine the filling: Mix the lightly cooked eggs with the bacon and sausage.
