Loaded Tater Tot Cup

Looking for an easy appetizer for gameday or movie night? We have you covered. 

All you need is:
  • Tender Belly Bacon (cooked and diced)
  • 1 Bag of frozen tater tots 
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Diced green onions
Preheat your oven to a sizzling 450ºF. Pop 4-5 tater tots into each cup in a regular-sized greased muffin pan. Bake for an initial 10 minutes, then work your magic with a shot glass to mold those tots into little potato cups. Place them back into the oven for 15 minutes until they are golden brown. Sprinkle about 1.5 tablespoons of cheese into each cup and bake for an extra 4-5 minutes until it melts to perfection. Transfer to a platter, cool for 5 minutes, and then load 'em up with sour cream, bacon, green onion, and whatever else strikes your fancy.
