Bacon Recipe: Paleo Bacon Egg Cups

These bacon egg cups will fill you up on-the-go. You can swap whatever veggies you like and get creative with the spices!


  • 6 slices no-sugar bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until the egg is set. Reheat when hungry!
