Brewed Food Chef Jensen Cummings will go back to his culinary roots teaming up with acclaimed local restaurateur Rick Carmer, Jensen’s uncle and first mentor, at his flagship restaurant Wallaby’s Bar & Grill. It was at Wallaby’s that Chef Cummings began his culinary career fresh out of high school at the ripe age of 17 as a dishwasher. Now he returns with over 15 years of experience in some of the most celebrated kitchens across the country. 40 lucky foodie beer geeks will be treated to a custom menu, featuring Tender Belly pork, which includes two welcome appetizers and three plated courses each accompanied with a unique craft beer pairing with New Belgium brews.
