Brewed Food Chef Jensen Cummings will go back to his culinary roots teaming up with acclaimed local restaurateur Rick Carmer, Jensen’s uncle and first mentor, at his flagship restaurant Wallaby’s Bar & Grill. It was at Wallaby’s that Chef Cummings began his culinary career fresh out of high school at the ripe age of 17 as a dishwasher.
