Place ham in a roasting pan. Roast ham for 25 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, jerk seasoning and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Once the mixture has come to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add fresh pineapple chunks.
Remove the ham from the oven. Use a pastry brush to glaze the ham with half of the pineapple juice mixture.
Roast for 20 minutes. Check the internal temperature. It should be at least 140 degrees F.
Glaze ham with remaining pineapple juice mixture.
