Bacon Lovers Pizza Recipe from Uncle Frank's Backyard Kitchen

Prepare the Potatoes:

1. Slice the mini red potatoes thinly and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the potatoes until they are golden brown and crispy (about 10-12 minutes). Set aside.

Bake the Bacon:

1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (190°C).
2. Lay the Tender Belly bacon strips flat on a baking sheet and bake for about 7 minutes. The bacon should be partially cooked but still flexible. Remove from the oven and let cool until you can handle them.

Prepare the Dough:

1. Stretch the pizza dough into a large circle or rectangle on a baking sheet.
2. Using a knife, cut 1-inch slits all around the edge of the dough (about 1-2 inches apart).

Wrap the Bacon in the Crust:

1. Once the bacon has cooled slightly, take each strip of bacon and insert it halfway into one of the slits around the edge of the dough. Wrap the bacon around and tuck it into the next slit. Repeat this process until the entire crust is wrapped with bacon.

Par-Bake the Crust:
