Is there anything more comforting and soothing than a big ‘ol bowl of hot soup? It’s no coincidence that January, which is the coldest month of the year, is also National Soup Month. To celebrate, we’ve hand-picked some of our favorite new soup recipes… all starring Tender Belly pork!
Healthified Hangover Soup
This amazingly hearty soup has a little of just about everything in it (Tender Belly bacon!). And it’s guaranteed to nurse you back from even the deadliest of hangovers. But we suggest doing all the chopping and slicing before said hangover. Added bonus? This soup gets even MORE delicious the longer it sits in your fridge.

Recipe: Beyond Kimchee
This traditional Ukrainian borscht soup can be made with Tender Belly baby back pork ribs, an array of vegetables, and fresh shelled beans (with the option to leave those out). The broth can be prepped in a matter of minutes and left on the stove to simmer. If all that chopping seems too intimidating, we suggest prepping a day ahead or putting your friends to work.

Ham, Potato, and Corn Chowder
"I’m a firm believer that for a soup to be a meal, it needs to be gutsy. And this soup is off the charts when it comes to oomph factor.” Unbelieveably creamy, but believe it or not, there’s no cream added. For the toppings, fry up the remaining ham till it’s nice and crispy, or go all out and add Tender Belly bacon!
