Please note this will arrive as 1 sliced slab.  As this is a bulk product and bellies are somewhat different sizes the average will be right around 5 lbs total weight.

  1. 1. Place strips in a cold cast iron skillet.
  1. 2. Cook thoroughly and slowly over a medium burner until browned and slightly crispy.
